We had an 11 day cruise cancel with just 20 hrs notice & had to completely come up with a Plan B, on the fly. We made a very last minute booking with Best Cars & they did everything they could to help us & make things easy for us. Even though it was closing time, they stayed late to help get our reservations in place for early the next morning. They had someone meet us at the ferry dock at 7:30AM (outside of hours) & drive us (& all our luggage) back to the rental agency to pick up the cars. Upon our return, a few days later, they allowed us to return the cars outside of hours & had someone drive us back to the ferry at 7:30pm. They were all so friendly, helpful & accommodating. The cars were in great shape, comfortable & ran well.
