Renters Age

Drivers must be at least 23 years old to rent a vehicle.

Driver’s License

All drivers must present a valid driving license held for at least 12 months prior to the rental date. International visitors must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an official English translation of their license.

Original driver’s license and passport or ID must be shown at pick-up for verification. If a valid license is not presented, the booking may be canceled without refund.

Traffic Fines

All traffic fines or violations issued during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. Unreported fines will be charged directly to the renter, including any administrative costs.

Insurance Policy

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – ZERO EXCESS: Fully insured for damages caused by accident, with no excess to pay. Exceptions apply in cases of gross negligence or if another vehicle/person is not involved.
• Theft Protection (TP) – ZERO EXCESS: Covers full vehicle theft unless caused by negligence. Personal belongings are not covered.
• Public Liability Insurance (PLI): Covers up to €1,300,000 for bodily injury or death and €1,300,000 for property damage.

All insurances are valid only if Greek traffic laws and rental terms are respected.

Prohibited Use

The vehicle must not be used for:

• Paid transport of passengers or cargo
• Towing, racing, or other non-standard use
• Rental to third parties
• Carrying heavy or hazardous goods
• Violating any traffic or customs laws

Car Replacement

In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact us immediately. A replacement vehicle will be delivered within 24 hours depending on availability and location.

Vehicle Model Guarantee

Cars are booked by group, not specific model. If your chosen group is unavailable, we may upgrade you to a larger category at no extra cost.

Fuel Policy

• The car must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
• Missing fuel will be charged accordingly.
• No refunds are given for unused fuel.

Key Loss

The renter is responsible for all costs related to lost or damaged keys or retrieving keys locked inside the car.

Ferrying the Vehicle

Taking the car on ferries or between islands/mainland is not permitted.

Pick-Up Procedure

Our representative will meet you at the airport or port arrival terminal with a sign bearing your name. We monitor your flight or ferry to adjust for delays. Vehicle handover is quick, and you’ll be ready to go in about 15 minutes.

Please have your original driver’s license and passport/ID ready.

Note: Car deliveries between 20:00 and 07:00 are subject to a €25 surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup.
• Once the rental begins, no refunds are provided for unused days.
